OMNI VITALIA SENIOR LIVING SOLON, OH
Augere Construction was the Construction Manager of this new four story Independent Living Building and three story Assisted Living Building along with the total site development. This 172,000 SF building is the flagship Vitalia Senior Living Community for Omni Senior Living which includes a pool, bocce ball court, three courtyards, two theaters, a dog park, two game rooms, two fitness centers, two exhibition kitchens, two full service commercial kitchens, and three dining rooms.
Augere Construction was responsible for the entire project including each item of construction from pre-construction thru close out and state licensing.
