OMNI HEADQUARTERS
Augere Construction was the Construction Manager for Omni Senior Living's new ultra-modern headquarters building located in Solon, OH. This 15,000 SF building included a large glass rotunda, modular furniture systems, a heated sidewalk, and a smart energy management lighting system.
Augere Construction was responsible for the entire project from budgeting through turnover and completion.
